Our Story
Why this is our passion…
It all started with several conversations during this past recession.
Great ideas are born out of a bad economy and good cups of coffee,
right?
The initial conversation involved hair stylists. Women follow them
to all corners of the earth. The relationship between you and your
beautician is built on trust, friendship and loyalty. We compared
it to Fans following a Rock Star.
Another conversation started during a business trip to New York,
with a trusted advisor in the retail industry.
If the department stores go out of business, where do the brands
go? Sure there are boutique shops, mass market chains and online
websites, but where do they best invest their marketing assets?
Then another chat. Everyone is rushing to expand their identity
to public social media. But why? What is the purpose? How do you
measure success? And is it secure enough?
Then it all started to come together. Why not take a brand’s best
voices, the ones who are die hard and true advocates of the brand
itself, and give those “Rock Stars” the tools to engage their “loyal
Fans” in rewarding and bonding conversation? How about doing this
in an environment where they are free to express themselves, and
where their Fans love to hang out?
That is when Conversations With a Purpose™ was born.
We built a place where your brand can integrate a meaningful presence
on your brand’s website, where image and identity is strong, clear,
private, purposeful and secure.
At “your brand’s home” your best evangelists can come together;
to collaborate and expand their fan-base in a purposeful, engaging
way.
Then what? That is where our solution is different from any other.
Our patent pending, Activity-Based reward system encourages a collaborative
environment, where Fans and Rock Stars alike can deepen their relationship
with your brand, making the competition virtually non-existent.
“Reward loyal employees who have fully embraced the brand and
its purpose.”
“Reward loyal customers who have done the same and share their great
experiences with friends”,
"Connect the two, because together, everyone, including your
brand wins!”
