This concept grew out of a need to be purposeful with a brand’s
social media presence. Why start a fan page for the sake of having
a fan page? Not to mention the compromises related to privacy and
security that you are essentially trusting to a public entity. Our
solution leverages the public sites to bring your best customers
back home, to your brand website, where you can manage the level
or intensity of brand messaging and engagement and you own the insight
gathered. In other words their conversation will have a purpose
for you, and it is private and secure.
What is meant by activity-based Customer and Employee Rewards
Program?
That is our key differentiator within the social media space. By
understanding your place on the brand engagement roadmap, (link

for deliberate activities that take place on CWaP. Activity-based
brand engagement is our difference between “mass marketing” and
“strategic and purposeful marketing”.
